Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — subscriptions are month to month. Cancel from your client area or contact us and we will process it before the next cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. You pay the monthly plan rate from day one.
What if I need more than one site?
Each site gets its own plan. Multi-site agencies typically use our white label plan at $79/month per site with volume handled under one account.
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly billing is standard. Annual plans with a discount are available — contact us to scope.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
All plans include malware removal and incident response. We triage the issue, clean the site, and harden it against repeat attacks. Perform and above get priority handling for security incidents.
Do you work with WooCommerce sites?
Yes. WooCommerce stores need specialist maintenance — we test all updates against your payment gateway on staging before deploying to production. One bad update can break checkout, so we never skip that step.

What hosting providers do you support?
We work with any host that supports WordPress — WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways, SiteGround, Flywheel, and self-hosted VPS setups. If your host supports WordPress, we can manage it.
