Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using WPOPS services or purchasing a subscription at wpops.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all WPOPS services including WordPress maintenance plans, SEO services, website development, Meta Ads management, and landing page creation.

2. Services

What we provide:

WPOPS provides WordPress maintenance, SEO, and digital growth services as described on wpops.net and in your chosen plan.

What we need from you:

To deliver maintenance services, you must provide us with WordPress admin access and hosting details. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant us this access.

Service scope:

Services are limited to what is described in your chosen plan. Work outside plan scope will be quoted separately.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• All subscription plans are billed monthly in advance
• Billing is processed securely through Stripe
• Plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial months

Pricing:

• Care plan: $49/month per site
• Perform plan: $59/month per site
• White Label plan: $79/month per site
• White Label + Edits plan: $89/month per site
• Unlimited edits add-on: $30/month per site

Prices may change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.

4. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel:

Log into your account or email hello@wpops.net. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period. You retain access to services until then.

We may terminate:

We reserve the right to terminate service with 14 days notice for non-payment, breach of these terms, or abusive behaviour toward our team. Immediate termination applies for illegal use of our services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WPOPS services to:

• Host or maintain illegal content
• Distribute malware or spam
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to refuse service to any site whose content we deem harmful, illegal, or in violation of our policies.

6. Limitation of liability

WPOPS provides services in good faith using professional care and industry best practices. However:

• We are not liable for losses caused by third party hosting outages or failures
• We are not liable for losses caused by plugin or theme conflicts outside our control
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

We always maintain daily backups and test updates before deploying — but we cannot guarantee zero incidents on any platform.

7. Intellectual property

• Content on wpops.net belongs to WPOPS
• Your website content remains your property
• We do not claim ownership of any work created on your site
• White label reports created for your clients are yours to use as described in your plan

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client site access, business information, and communications as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

White label clients: we will not identify your clients as WPOPS clients or contact them directly without your permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WPOPS operates. Disputes will be resolved by good faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
