Do you lock me into a long contract?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We keep clients by doing good work, not paperwork.
Can you work on sites not hosted with WPOPS?
Yes. We work on any WordPress site regardless of host. We support WP Engine, Kinsta, SiteGround, Cloudways, Flywheel, and self-hosted setups. If your host supports WordPress, we can manage it.
How fast do you respond to issues?
Care plan clients get same-day response on business days. Perform clients get priority handling with faster triage. Critical incidents like site downtime are treated urgently on all plans.
Can I combine care plans with SEO or builds?
Yes. Many clients run a care plan alongside our SEO services or use us for one-off development work. Everything is managed through one dashboard and one point of contact.
What happens if a plugin update breaks my site?
We catch most conflicts before they happen because we test updates on a staging environment first. If something does break on production, we roll back immediately using your daily backup and fix the conflict.
